    This Training Manual on ‘Best Practices for Instruments and Methods of Ocean Observation’ is prepared on the occasion of the Regional Workshop on ‘Best Practices for Instruments and Methods of Ocean Observation’ organized from 19 - 21 November 2012 in Chennai India.
